Rebels snatch late win
SUBSTITUTE Sam Francis blasted home an injury-time 2-1 winner on Tuesday to lift Worthing FC into the top six of Ryman League Division 1 South.
Francis struck two minutes into stoppage time to cap a thrilling final seven minutes at Horsham YMCA.
Rebels had taken the lead on 83 minutes through Ben Johnson before Matt Ottley equalised for YM with two minutes to go.
But Francis then struck his first Worthing goal since April to take the points back to Woodside Road.
It also extended Rebels' unbeaten away run to six games, of which four have been victories.
