This is the third year these popular evenings have been running, with a array of interesting guests from the world of sea fishing giving away some of their hints and tips to help everyone catch more fish.

Special guests at the latest event included the Saltwater boat-fishing monthly magazine team; Steve Batten, a fresh and saltwater fly fishing guide who will be demonstrating some of his fly-tying skills, and Barry Jones, a keen beach angler who also designs and builds fishing rigs to the trade.

Hook, a fish tackle firm, will be in attendance displaying some of the latest fishing rods available on the UK market.

The evening is hosted by local angler Mark Gillen, who hopes the event as popular with local anglers as previous social anglers evenings.

All anglers are welcome to attend, from the novice to the more experienced. For more, see www.kingfisherone.co.uk
