The Ashes come to Sussex County Cricket Ground on September 7

THE County Ground, Hove will play host to a very welcome visitor next Monday (7th September) as Sussex take on Nottinghamshire in the NatWest Pro40 under lights.

After England's miraculous victory over Australia this summer in the Ashes, when they regained the most famous prize in cricketing history, The Ashes Urn will be on view outside the Club Shop, where there will be photo opportunities. The MCC will also provide a curator, who will answer any question you have on the competition's history and the rivalry between the two sides. There will even be a specially designed backdrop to make it look like you are there celebrating with the boys as they lifted the Ashes Urn at The Brit Oval.

Monday's match starts at 4.40pm, with gates opening at 3pm and there are still tickets available for the clash. You can purchase your tickets by visiting www.sussexcricket.co.uk, visiting the Club Shop (BN3 3AN) or by calling 0844 2640202.
