Tone Zone athletes can see wood for trees in Forest

Bognor Tone Zone Runners have been busy running lots of half and full marathons.

The popular New Forest half and full marathons involved several competitors from the club. Andy Mair finished the marathon in 3.35.20, Karen Harrison in 3.35.55 came third in her category and Anne-Kari Enes finished in 3.40.11.

The half marathon saw Tony Hancock, Daniel Hughes, Laura Newell and Paul Coe compete.

Simon Gill ran the Maidenhead half marathon in a phenomenal 1.13.16, coming third overall and taking home well-deserved silverware. Gill, who has been running exceptionally this season, is due to compete in the Berlin Marathon in a few weeks.

In other races, Mark Edwards, Debbie Patching and Nicky King ran the Gosport 5k and Trevor Swann the Chippenham half marathon.
