VASE EXIT DISAPPOINTS GANDER
WICK manager Andy Gander was disappointed with his side's below-par performance at VT on Saturday which cost them their place in the FA Vase.
Gander said: "If we had played half as well as we know we can we would have won. We were poor but were a bit stretched squad-wise.
"I don't think we applied ourselves right in the first half hour and that left us to much to do. The game was lost in the first half rather than the second."
