VIDEO: Sprint finish makes Chichester 10k a thriller

Organisers, athletes and spectators were delighted with a day to be remembered and cherished.

It was a good day for running, although strong winds on the Lavant section of the course prevented new records, despite a very strong field. But five finishers inside the magic 30-minute mark showed the high standard of the elite section of the field.

And there was a real spectacle for those watching the climax - a sprint finish which saw the first three, Paul Pollock, Luke Caldwell and Scott Overall, separated by just one second.
