Winning racehorse trainer to hold open day
IN form Billingshurst racehorse trainer Luke Dace is putting his string on show at an Open Day on Sunday August 24 at 11am at his racing stables at Copped Hall Farm, Oakhurst Lane, Billingshurst.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see two new and extremely promising horses that will run under the Let's Have Fun syndicate banner in the new National Hunt season, as well as a newcomer, Hip Hip Hooray, which won at 14-1 at Windsor on Monday.
Places are available in the syndicate, which brings the thrills of racehorse ownership within reach of everyone at the cost of only 200 a year. This enables members to go to all the meetings at which the horses run, receive regular email updates and have one per cent of the total prize money won.
There will be drinks and nibbles and a chance to see all the horses and the stables.
