Zapcat championship returns to Littlehampton

In the fifth of this season's seven grand prix events the teams will compete in rounds nine and ten of this year's competition.

More than 30 teams are expected to turn out for the two day event in the world's largest one-design powerboat series which will see packs of the colourful and highly manoeuvrable Zapcats with a power to weight ratio of 340bhp race around the inshore course at speeds of up to 50 knots, the pilots' and co-pilots' bodies subjected to up to three times the force of gravity.
