FAIR TRADE: Ethical market at Arundel Castle

MAKE an ethical angel in the presence of aristocracy in Arundel on Saturday (December 28).

The Duke and Duchess of Norfolk will host the annual Arundel Fairtrade Group's fair trade and sustainable Christmas fair, at the castle.

There will be free workshops, in the Stone Hall, where visitors can make angels in the morning and cards in the afternoon, all from recycled materials.

Forty stalls, all selling ethical, fairly traded products, including cards and wreath, jewellery from South Africa and Kenya, household items, lamps and organic soap, as wall as hats, cotton clothing, books and antiques.

Entrance is free, and it will be open between 10am and 5pm, with last entry at 4.30pm, and access is via the lower gate, in Mill Road.
